Orders & Custom Builds

All smokers are built to order. Placing an order through this website is a request for a custom build; it is not a final sale until payment is received. We will contact you to confirm specifications before sending a payment link.

Pricing

Prices listed are subject to change until an order is confirmed and paid. Custom modifications may affect final pricing, which will be communicated before payment is requested.

Payment

We accept multiple payment methods. Payment links are sent after order confirmation and expire after 30 days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not built or shipped until payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Lead Times

Custom builds take time. Estimated lead times will be provided at order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and destination.

Returns & Cancellations

Because units are custom-built, orders may be cancelled without penalty before payment is made. Once payment is received and fabrication has begun, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly to discuss any issue with your order.
